2 Side Seal Pouch configuration, the bottom of the bag folds over as one continuous piece of material. The fold-over bottom can be helpful for conforming the pouch to loose fill materials. Normally this is a non-resealable bag, but if you add a zipper, it is now resealable.

3 Side Seal Pouch configuration, you load your product in the same way that customers remove it, through the top. Additionally bags with zipper could be used without heat-sealing.

The most popular bag configuration is the Stand Up Pouch. These bags are outfitted with a bottom gusset, that when deployed, allows the pouch to “stand up” on a shelf in a store.

Before K-style or Doyen Stand Up Pouches, the only game around was Square Bottoms. Square Bottom Pouch are a older configuration of pouch, still popular with the coffee industry, and many others.

Die Cut shaped pouches allow you the ultimate flexibility with your pouch design, from circles to shapes, the die cut custom configuration allows amazing customization of your packaging.
