So, what’s holographic packaging?
Holographic effects are a faux holographic like effect which gives elements of your pouch a shimmering iridescent quality. Holographic effect may be combined with specially formulated inks to add color, or used by itself without added color to create something very close to a real hologram.
The shimmering, pearlescent like finish really catches your customer's eye, and grabs attention. The iridescence is create by changing the refraction qualities of light that bounces off the pouch, much like a prism. Holographic effects are available on metalized pouch materials, like our CareSilver family of base films.
With over 50 films available, we have a material that will ensure your stand up pouch is of the highest quality. We can also combine materials in a custom order. Yes, they can be applied to any part of the bag. Either a small “watermark” area, or a larger surface. We find that many customers enjoy adding holographic finishes to their logo or product name.
Can the interior of my custom pouch have an iridescent holographic effect?
Yes! We can produce a bag with a holographic interior.
What’s the minimum order quantity for custom holographic pouches?
Generally, 5000 bags is a great place to start. If you are ordering less, call us to discuss.
Are there any setup charges to adding holographic elements to my custom pouch?
No, there are no additional setup charges to add the holographic effect to your pouch.
What other design options do you offer?
